Dear all,

As per the Hon’ble Suprem Court MLM/Network Marketing/Multi Level Marketing is illegal.Even the RIB notifications are also saying same thing.Te most interesting point is Hon’ble High Court Chennai has already given vertict that the MLM system is illegal,and ytthisperticular MLM company is from Tamilnadu.

I am offending anyone from joining MLM’s but please take legal opinion from your learned lawyer.

In the event if any legal complications the MLM’s will slip off and its only you have to suffer.

However since this bussiness is takenup online hence can be framed under cyber laws and legal proceedures are bit complex.

A piece of advice:Even if the payment is through DD,please keep the acknowledgement from the said bank & a copy of the said DD.This will bring the MLM to books.

Please keep track of your leader & preserve the records.

As a team leader you will take up the burden of first level of service and also 1st to go into books in the event of any legal complications.Please handle with utmost care.

There are certain other guidlines to follow which I will update in this site as and when time arises.
