RMP Business Policy

Qualification for Incentives

  • Anybody who has purchased the package kit for beginners will automatically become a Distributor
  • The Distributor will then recruit 2 persons to qualify him in the first level entry. He should sell the kit to the recruited people and if any of the two will be able to sell, the Distributor is qualified to receive the incentive
  • All commissions will be computed according to the PV or the pair value which is based on the left and right side
  • A 50 PV (pair value) is given to a distributor for a single package kit sold
  • A criterion for incentive computation depends on the 150PV minimum earnings. 150PV is based on the total earning in the whole construction per distributor. A minimum of 50PV is required in each side of the construction to be able to qualify
  • The following sales of the Kit in both sides which is the left and right, a 100PV point value will given. (1PV = Rs.10/-)
  • The cut-off or closing time for sales of the week will be Friday at midnight

Ceiling
In every weekly incentive distribution, the highest payment for each distributor is about 13000PV or considered as 130 pairs. It means that you are eligible to receive up to 1.3 lac per week

Trimming
If the necessity of trimming arises, it will be applied accordingly

Car Loan
When a Distributor gets a 3 consecutive ceiling incentive then that specific Distributor has the privilege to apply for a Car loan of about 1 lac rupees depending on the company’s standard.

One of my friend who is the distributor of RMP told me about the RMP Plan. He told me that the product whichi will be purchased through RMP is cheap in pricewise than the open market. But the open Microwave Oven cost around Rs.2500/- in the open market. But in the RMP it is around Rs.6790/-. what is the reason..please clarify..then only I have to join in the scheme..

    Hi,
    Need some clarifications.

    1) In your other posts you said that distributors are getting
commission upwards and downwards? Please explain more
    2) So if i get my left leg and right leg (meaning if i sold 2 RMP
    products)i will be getting 100PV X 10Rs = Rs 1000. This Will come
only one right? How will i get if my successors getting left and
    right leg? Need more clarification.

    Regards,
    Ragan

  22. #24 by Sri on December 10, 2008 - 11:38 pm

    @Ragan
1)Assume that you are joined as left leg under a person “A”. Now “A” brings 3 new distributors into RMP. He may assign one as his right leg, and other 2 as a pair under you or his right leg. You will be lucky in case “A” choose to assign the extra pair under you. If he do so, you will get commission for 1 pair without any effort. The same thing applies when someone joined after you make new pair under him.

2)As long as your downlines are generating new sales, you will be getting commissions from them. If your downline sponsors one pair under him, he will get Rs. 1000/-. You are also eligible to get a commission of Rs. 1000/- from this sale.

    Hope it helps you.

  23. #25 by madhu on December 11, 2008 - 1:43 pm

I am already a RMP distributer. How to give rmp plan to new people? How to become a team leader?

  24. #26 by Ragan on December 11, 2008 - 4:27 pm

    Dear Sri,

I understood the first point and need clarification on the second point.

Upto how many level downline sponsor i will get the commission? For Example Person Z is 20 Levels under me. If he brings the 2 Distributors to RMP. Do i get the RS1000 commission?. ( Assume proper left/right legs are filled).

    Thanks a ton.

    Regards,
    Ragan

  25. #27 by Sri on December 11, 2008 - 9:16 pm

    @Ragan

No problem. You will get commission for the Z’s sales too.

Now you may wonder that how this is possible to pay all the uplines. Here comes RMP’s ceiling constraint. RMP applies ceiling when the distributor reaches the maximum of 1.3 lac per week. i.e. a maximum of 130 pairs are considered for each week payout.

  33. #43 by RAMACHANDRAN on April 29, 2009 - 12:35 pm

I was an RMP leader. But my downline members are sleeping. I have nearly 10 members under my downline. But no one wants to work. I alone have to conduct the meetings and convince the people to join. I try to convince the downline members but they are lazy people and they dont’ want any efforts to put but only commission is needed. I stoped doing marketing. Now i wish to continue. Who is the best “the best” whom I can work under. I am very hard working person and I expect others also to work hard. Please advice.

    • #44 by Sri on May 2, 2009 - 1:01 am

Ramachandran, I have met many team leaders and this is quite normal situation. Some times you would be disappointed to see a lazy person making money from your hard efforts. Its all happening here in MLM and you should get rid of this thought to achieve success.

      Here are few suggestions.

      1) Avoid joining your family members or friends those who join purely based on your compulsion. These kind of people will be sitting lazily and expecting you to bring them easy money.
      2) You have option to place a new member under the most active downline member. This will encourage the active members.
      3) Think out of box and come up with new marketing strategies to find out potential leads.

      My best wishes to you.

  34. #45 by Sajal on May 3, 2009 - 1:10 pm

    Hello All,

It’s good to see the RMP plan, but still I have a doubt.

Say I have made two distributers under me (Left & right), I would get 1000/Rs, right? Ok. Now one of the member under left side manage to make two more distributes under him, so I again get 1000/Rs right? And this would be only one time commission that I would get?

So I just mean to say, I would only get 1000/Rs when someone under my tree makes two distibuters (left & right) OR one of my uplink member puts a pair under my tree? Is there any other possibilities at which I would be eligible for commision as well?

Say I have my left and right set up, And then my left person do sell product kit to one member.. and so as my right.. so does it mean I have 100 pv? And say in that particular week I dont any more any pv.. then this 100 pv would be carry forward to next week…or I need to start again from scratch means 0 pv?

Is there any chances in this plan, I would get certain fixed income at certain level?

    Thanks a lot.

    Thanks,
    Sajal

  39. #50 by Prabhat Kumar on August 22, 2009 - 2:10 pm

Sir, I am a distributor of RMP Allahabad, UP. I want to give some suggestions regarding products .

    1. It would be better to increase many more branded products which are popular in Open Market like Bajaj Motorcycle, Desktop PC, Television and Electronics Gadgets which are in demand.
    2. Product must be quality based and in nominal price range which a middle class person can afford and also can believe. For ex. Wipro Laptop and HCL laptops of RMP are having very low and old configuration which a person would not like to purchase. So it would be better if we bring quality based product of latest demands.
    3. There must be an option to remove a red ID under the ID of a distributor which could not be made green due to any reason or either we want an option to replace a red ID with a green ID. It looks awkward when we show someone a red ID under our ID so kindly please give us an option to replace a red ID with a green ID.
    4. There is no option of modification in the name of an ID. Suppose due to a human error if we put a wrong name then at the the time of observing the mistake we do not find any option to modify the wrong name. We can manipulate a time duration of 3 days in which a person can modify the name.
    5. In some MLM Business we observe better educational and motivational training programmes but in our company we find the lack of the spread of good motivational books or motivational meetings which demoralize us. We want good leaders who should be very frank, having good communication skills, having capacity to give us directions and also can be able to remove our doubts about anything. So I request you to kindly help us regarding this.
    6. There must be some motivational foreign trips also on other products except Insurance Policies. The no. of pairs required for products may be increased but products must also give us assurance of foreign trips. It would certainly increase the confidence of distributors.
    7. Sir, I have taken a Vacuum Cleaner in which MRP is below the range of 6,000 Rs. but I got this at the rate of 6,940 Rs. I became disappointed to find that there is no term lines to clarify the doubts about the price range. Money allocation must be clear to the customers and distributors. If a distributor even fails to clarify the doubts regarding the Money allocation then how can he clarify the doubts of other people? I would like to get a term lines with every product of RMP.
    8. There must be an I Card issued to the distributors which would increase their confidence level. Identity makes a difference difinetly.
    9. There must be an online customer care service which can reply our question at any time of our need.
    10. There is no clear term lines regarding the terms, conditions, advantages, policies of the Products and company.

Sir, I would be highly obliged if we get satisfaction regarding my doubts and suggestions.

    Thanking you.

RMP is a very male oriented business. There are suit lengths and shirts, which are affordable and can be given away as gifts and with an opportunity of joining the business. Why don’t they have women’s clothes also in their package? Most housewives, women without jobs join this business, but find it difficult to make it attractive for their women friends.

    Hi
My cousin was approached in September09 by oneof your distributors (Sharifa Patel) in Ratnagiri. Sharifa falsely claimed that you will receive money without explaining in detail the mlm structure and the channel to earn points/money. My cousin has bought a Siyaram suit length and an Open Microwave. This in the time of distress when her mother was ill. Subsequently her mother passed away in October 09. She now has to pay back the loans she incurred while her mother was in the hospital during the last few days. She has been trying to get in touch with the distributor to either (a) refund her money and she returns the unused goods (b) help her in achieving at the the kind of sale that will get her her 7000 rupees back. Please advice the best course so that the poor girl who is upto her neck in debts paying for her mothers illness finds some recourse. Also she has complained that the distributor has never after collecting the money made any efforts to help her understand the stucture or get new members, she has been ignoring her calls and avoiding meeting her.
