      Yes, it has got the capacity to reduce the electricity bill in a range of 25-30% of total bill.

      In my house and known places there is a reduction of Rs.150-Rs.200 in the EB bill.

    I would like to know how this functions & Theory behind it. Logically Adding any Electrical device should consume Additonal units of Electrical Energy rather than reducing it. Is it that it’s a miniature generator & regulator? Can anybody explain the Circuit diagram please?
