How many days company gives guarantee or warranty on product. And after sales where we contact for service or repair this products or complaint about these product.

Hi,
I recently became RMP member by buying Siyaram’s Premium Suiting.
I have no regrets about the product.
I problem is with almost everything we get a suit length.
So if somebody wants a product he will end up paying more ….lets say he does not use the suit length.
Next he wants to buy another product he will surely think twice, just becoz he is also paying for the suit material which is of no use and does not add to the business sense…..
So if products can be sold with just the product that is not combined with suit material it would be great…..

Dear Jannu.
congratulations to being an RMPian. The fact is that a lot of people are coming to this plan by not seeing products. Moreover, you should keep in mind that company may gets profit only by selling both the products (i.e. including suitlength). Anyway I am looking only for the benefits (not products/ suitlength; consider those as a gift from RMP) which I will get through RMP.
best wishes.
